Ryan had to call 3 customers today. This is not a part of our job description, nor is it what we signed up for. But he's a good zone manager, so he did. So when his phone rang towards the end of the day, he promptly chucked it into the appropriate file basket, which just happened to be under my desk:
Frustration comes in all kinds of forms; most of which make me burst into laughter and bust out the camera.
