After some quick packing and a final dub, we were out.
"I want to be a part of it, too. Also, Kona puked right where you didn't want him to. Just sayin'." -Keebler
Mostly due to the fact that our breakfast plans were foiled without a camp stove. To be remedied for sure. But it also allowed us to complete the 2.5 hour drive home, shower unpack, and head to Delectable Egg by 9:!5, which left us the rest of the day to stop at Target, shop for matresses, pick up Mike's truck in Longmont (we forgot and momentarily thought we'd been robbed when we got home), organize the camping gear into newly purchased lockable tubs (for organization, portability, AND rain-proofing!) on sale at Target (hence the stop), complete all the laundry, hose down half the gear and air out the rest, and still have plenty of time to bike up to Corona's for Mexican food, head back home and enjoy an evening of The Legend of Zelda.
That's how we roll.
Great weekend.
