Preparation

It makes a huge difference in my productivity when I'm able to spend time preparing to dealer visits.  But when I looked around me at the progress I had been making today, it seemed rather picture worthy.  Don't ask me why; really it's just to remind myself down the road what being armed with knowledge actually does for me in my daily job role.  I love the New Year!  It finds me with a whole new attitude.

Also, the new Bed Buddy my mom sewed me helps with overall moral (as seen here on my desk chair).
