This was actually from the week before Christmas. I came home from a rather long 2nd-to-last day of work, tired and somewhat cranky. Mike led me up to the office where this was waiting on my computer...he prepared a menu based on all the foods I was to enjoy at his preparation for dinner that evening! It felt like the day just slid off my shoulds, and I enjoyed being waited on by my husband! What an amazing talent - in the kitchen and of the pen!
