Meat Fest

We decided to take a group of 5 couples to Buckhorn Exchange, Denver's oldest restauran still in its 1800s building (the number on ther liquor license number: 1). Right off the Lightrail too. Included on the menu was elk, cornish hen, rattlesnake, cowboy caviar, buffalo, steak, and many other varieties of dead animals, all of which had stuffed representation somewhere in the two-story taxidermist's dream. It made for an incredibly laugh-filled evening.

"There's a stuffed wild dog over there with a stuffed bird in it's mouth. Now there's irony on a wall."

Ryan made his food dance...while Richard's stack of ribs made us all want to hurl.
