So Kim and I were supporting our significant others in their spirit of helping humanity (and meeting their corporate good deeds quota - I am SO cynical!) by helping all day Saturday with Habitat for Humanity. We measured, cut, and placed baseboards in almost an entire house. And we were DARN good at it! All the while we bantered with the 70 and 80 year old volunteers from a local church, who thought we were both the cutest things since sliced bread.
Who couldn't love those hard hats?!
I guess sliced bread can be pretty cute... toasted bread, for sure.
