Look at all the pretty colors!

We made one final stop on the way home from the Springs: the Air Force Academy to see the Chapel.

 Just spectacular.

 On our way home we both had a heart laugh at the jowls of this dog in the wind of I-25.

Unfortunately, I was too in awe of the fireworks around our house to take any photos.  But we sat outside on the porch with the fire pit making s'mores, only to discover that we literally had a 360 degree view of fireworks!  Broomfield's was by far the best (and closest), but we could also see two other cities' shows, as well as all the neighborhood (albeit illegal) amateur shows.  We sat and stared at the sky in one direction or another for an hour.

I love this house!  Great trip, and great to be home.
