First room done (oddly enough): The Guest Room. It's on the 2nd-ish floor (it's a tri-level with a basement, figure that one out) at the front of the house just over the garage. When the trees bloom outside it will be lovely, but right now you also get a great view of the neighborhood.
Yes, the bed is as comfy as you look. No, you can't live here. But you can visit!
