Cold Feet

I worked on my Best Practice presentation I will be introducing to 150 people at the West Market Area meeting on Thursday.  I'm going to be presenting it like a pre-flight safety demonstration, complete with safety card illustrations...they're just...slightly altered.  Since I'm second to last before dinner, I figured at that point everyone could use some levity!
