It turns out that DFW was a no fly zone for the better part of a day. After nicely telling the 4 United personnel I spoke to on the phone that they would be getting me on a flight back to Denver tomorrow, I was booked on the first flight available: Thursday at 11 am. It was cause for some stress. But...
Arlington at home or Rapid City in the Hampton Inn??? Hmmm.
So we all took a nap instead.
