Cucumber, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cottage cheese, and cracked pepper. I actually added a
dressing I found on Pinterest of which I simply can't get enough!
I could eat this ALL the time. And for less than 400 calories, it's a thoroughly filling meal!

You could eat that all the time? You're the person who gets sick of everything except for dark chocolate.
What can I say, it's tasty! Although check back after I've been eating it at work for a few weeks.
